This policy explains how Combo Cash handles information in its core soft-launch game. Privacy contact: pankaj.patil0013@gmail.com.

Playing the game

You can play without creating an account. Progress, settings and charm health are saved on your device. This version has no enabled in-app purchases or advertising placements. In-game cash is a game resource; it has no cash-out or real-money redemption feature.

Gameplay and technical information

We use Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config to understand gameplay, diagnose problems and deliver game configuration.

• Gameplay information includes sessions, tutorial steps, levels, placements, merges, healing, earned-cash spending and progress.
• Technical information includes app version, device model, operating system, frame performance, memory, battery/thermal measurements where available, errors and crash diagnostics.
• App-generated player, session and attempt identifiers distinguish activity. Firebase also processes installation and app-instance identifiers. Its Analytics SDK may collect advertising identifiers subject to platform settings and availability, app/device information and approximate region.

Our core event code removes its explicit device_id field. This does not prevent the Firebase SDKs from processing their own identifiers. We do not ask for your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location to play.

Why information is processed

We use this information to evaluate progression and usability, find stability and performance problems, and operate remote gameplay configuration. We do not use this release to display personalized ads.

Service providers and international processing

Google processes Firebase and Analytics information according to its service terms and privacy practices. Processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States. See Firebase privacy and security and Google’s privacy policy. If you contact support, your email provider and ours process that correspondence. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.

These web pages

Our privacy and support pages use Google Firebase Hosting. Google receives connection details when you visit them to deliver the pages. These pages contain no embedded analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you clear the app’s data or remove it, subject to your operating system’s backup and restore behavior. Uploaded analytics and diagnostics are retained according to the configured service retention periods; uninstalling does not erase information already uploaded. We retain support correspondence only as needed to respond and address the issue.

To ask about access, correction or deletion, email the privacy contact with the subject “Combo Cash privacy request.” We may need enough information to locate relevant records. Some pseudonymous or aggregated records cannot be linked back to an individual. Please do not send passwords, payment information or identity documents. We will assess requests and any required retention obligations under applicable law.

Your choices

Device advertising-ID and tracking controls are managed by your operating system. The current game has no in-app analytics opt-out switch. Contact us with privacy questions or requests. Offline play can defer network reporting; buffered information may be sent when connectivity returns.

Children

Combo Cash is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Store age ratings describe content suitability and may differ from this intended audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

Changes

We will update this policy when the game’s information practices change. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
